Supplier listing agreement

This agreement is between [ENTITY NAME] (trading as Keygredient) and any manufacturer, brand owner or distributor who claims a company page, maintains a listing, or subscribes to a plan.

It sits on top of the terms of use. Where the two differ about listing content, this document governs.

Companies and products appear in this catalogue because they are on the market and publicly documented. A page is not created at a supplier’s request and does not require their participation, in the same way an industry reference work does not require it.

An unclaimed page is compiled from manufacturer materials and public sources and is marked as Keygredient-maintained. If something on it is wrong, tell us and it will be corrected — through the “report an inaccuracy” link on the page, by claiming the page, or at [LISTINGS EMAIL]. A correction does not require a plan and never has.

Claiming transfers day-to-day maintenance of a page to you. To claim, you must be authorised to act for the company and must show it — a work email at the company’s domain, or documentation a reviewer can check.

Claiming is free and stays free. So does keeping the page accurate. Plans buy capacity, media, lead access, analytics and review priority — the cost of running a catalogue — never the ability to correct a fact about yourself.

By submitting or approving content on a listing you confirm that:

• You are authorised to act for the company named.
• The specifications, assays, test methods, certifications and origin details are accurate and current, and you will correct them when they change.
• Certificates you upload are genuine, unaltered, and were issued to the entity named on them.
• Study and patent references point to work that exists and says what you claim it says.
• You hold the rights to the logos, photographs, video and copy you upload.
• Nothing you submit states or implies that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease.
• Your products and claims comply with the law wherever you sell them.

You indemnify [ENTITY NAME] against claims arising from content you supplied that breaches these warranties.

Factual changes to a published listing go to a reviewer before they go live. What you proposed and what was published are both kept, and you are told if a value was amended before approval and why.

Review is a check that a change is documented and internally consistent. It is not an audit of your product, your facility or your paperwork, and approval is not a certification of anything. Tier 2 and tier 3 verification are separate, described below, and are the only things on this site that represent a check by Keygredient staff.

The directory keeps final editorial control over how information is presented and where it appears. Specifically, and without exception:

• Position in a ranked list is an editorial decision. It cannot be bought, and a hand-placed entry is marked as such on the page with its reason printed.
• Any score is computed from published criteria. It cannot be bought and is not negotiable.
• Verification tier reflects what has actually been checked — tier 1 listed, tier 2 documents audited by Keygredient staff, tier 3 on-site or third-party audit completed. It cannot be bought at any price on any plan.
• A field with no verified value stays blank and renders as a dash. It will not be filled with marketing copy, an estimate or a range.
• Comparability warnings stay. Where two assays cannot honestly be read against each other, the compare page says so.
• Manufacturer claims are attributed and carry the not-evaluated-by-a-regulator note. That note is not removable.

There is no paid placement and no sponsored result anywhere on this site. A reviewer deciding a tier or a ranking does not see what a company pays.

Requests from buyers are passed to you with the buyer’s name, company and what they asked for. Use them to answer the request. Adding a buyer to a marketing list because they asked you for a sample is a breach of this agreement and of the buyer’s expectations, and repeated instances end the listing.

Plans are described on the pricing page and billed through Stripe. They renew until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.

When a plan lapses or a payment fails, the account degrades to free-tier entitlements. It is not delisted, its pages are not removed, and its score, ranking position and verification tier are unaffected — that would be using placement as leverage over payment, which is the arrangement this directory exists not to have.

A listing may be corrected, suspended or removed where content is inaccurate and not corrected after notice, where a warranty above is breached, where documents are found to be altered or misattributed, or where the messaging system is used for unsolicited marketing. You will be told which, and given the chance to fix it where fixing it is possible.

You may stop maintaining a page at any time. The page itself may remain as a Keygredient-maintained entry compiled from public sources, on the same basis as any unclaimed page — being in a reference catalogue is not conditional on participating in it.
