Suppliers listing on the directory are additionally bound by the supplier listing agreement, which governs where the two differ on listing content.
Keygredient is a reference catalogue of branded and specialty ingredients. It publishes what manufacturers and public sources state about their products, together with whatever documentation and evidence is on file.
It is not a marketplace. Nothing here is an offer to sell, no prices are held or quoted, and no transaction happens on this site. A sample or quote request is an introduction; whatever follows is a matter between you and the supplier, on their terms, and this company is not a party to it.
The catalogue is compiled with care and corrected when it is shown to be wrong. A field that could not be verified is left blank and rendered as a dash rather than filled with an assumption, and every published page carries a way to report an inaccuracy.
That is a description of the method, not a warranty of the result. Specifications, assays, certifications, dosages and regulatory statuses originate with manufacturers and public registers, change without notice, and can be wrong at source. Verify anything you intend to rely on directly with the supplier and against current documentation before you formulate, purchase or make a claim.
Claims attributed to a manufacturer are theirs. Publishing them is reporting what they say, not endorsing it.
Position in a ranked list, any score shown, and a manufacturer’s verification tier are editorial decisions made against evidence. None of them is for sale, on any plan, at any price. A reviewer does not see what a company pays. This is stated on the pricing page as well, because it is the load-bearing claim of the whole directory.
Where an entry in a ranked list has been placed by hand rather than by the ranking, the page says so and prints the reason. Where a list is ordered editorially rather than computed, the list says that too.
There is no paid placement, no sponsored result, and no advertising inventory anywhere in the directory.
Some technical documents are released only on request and on the supplier’s decision. Where access is granted it is granted to you, for evaluating the ingredient. Do not redistribute those files. A supplier may see that you requested and opened them, which is the basis on which they agree to release them at all.
You keep ownership of what you submit — messages, requests, project briefs, and anything a supplier uploads about their own products. You grant the permission needed to host it, display it where it is meant to be displayed, and keep the backups any service of this kind keeps. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.
Branded ingredient names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are reproduced exactly as trademarked. Their appearance here identifies the product and does not imply any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.
The compilation itself — the structure of the catalogue, the editorial writing, the ranked lists and the guides — belongs to [ENTITY NAME]. Linking to any page is welcome and needs no permission.
The site is provided as it is. No uptime is guaranteed, and it may be taken down for maintenance or changed without notice. Features can be added, altered or withdrawn.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that: the site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, for lost business, or for loss arising from reliance on catalogue data that turns out to be wrong. Total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid in that period, or nothing where you paid nothing.
